This Binmo Privacy Policy explains how Binmo ("Binmo," "we," "our," "us") handles any personal data we collect from visitors and users of the services related to the application (collectively, the "Binmo Services"). We value the privacy of our users and others who visit and use the Binmo Services (collectively or individually, "you" or "User") and want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Using Binmo Services
You may share personal information when using Binmo Services. For example, you provide information about yourself when creating a Binmo account. Another example is when you take certain actions on Binmo Services that are public or intended to be public, such as when you post content or profile information, which, given the social nature of certain Binmo Services, may be collected, used, or disclosed by others involved in the social interaction. Additionally, some features of Binmo Services are designed to provide information to others regarding user activities, such as identifying the user who created a particular clip or the subscription status of a particular channel user. We encourage you to keep this in mind when considering your activities on Binmo Services.

1. What Information We Collect
We obtain information from you when we provide Binmo Services in the following ways. Please note that certain types of information are necessary for us to provide you with Binmo Services.

Information Provided by Users
When you create an account on the App or use Binmo Services, such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information:
- Registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), user ID, and language.
- Profile information, such as your alias, profile picture, gender, and self-description.
- User-generated content ("UGC"), such as comments, text, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code, or other data or materials you upload, distribute, or stream on the App while using Binmo Services.
- Payment information, such as full name, billing address, billing postal code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number, or other payment information required for payment.
- Transaction information, such as transaction serial numbers and transaction history since you purchased paid services.
- Your choices and communications with us, such as information used to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints;
- Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.
- Information you provide when creating a Binmo account by linking third-party social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google) or linking your Binmo account to a third-party social media account.
Information Collected for Legitimate Interests
When you use Binmo Services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information from you:
- Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or webpages you visit, the dates and times of your visits, other users' accounts you subscribe to, and information about your interactions with other users.
- Information from other sources. We may obtain additional information from third parties and sources outside the Binmo Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the games or services you use or social media networks (such as Facebook) you grant us access to. When you access Binmo Services through social media networks or connect Binmo Services to social media networks, you authorize Binmo to collect, store, and use such additional information and content according to this Privacy Policy.
- Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device brand, model, and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number, and Media Access Control address.
- Information about your access and use of other applications.
- Other location information, such as information based on your SIM card.
- Mobile advertising identifiers, used by mobile operating systems and provided to advertising providers to collect metrics on mobile applications (Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID), helping us and advertisers deliver ads that may be more relevant to your interests.
- Cookies are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features, collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the pages you click on and how you use Binmo Services, and to enhance your experience using Binmo Services.
How We Use Your Information
When you access the service through your mobile device, we may also collect information sent by your browser ("Usage Data"). When accessing the service through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include the type of mobile device you use, the unique ID of your mobile device, the IP address of your mobile device, and other diagnostic data.
Our products are integrated with the AppsFlyer SDK, which collects your Advertising ID to gather data about your app usage or app performance and to send inquiries or notifications about you or your app.
We only use your personal information within the limits permitted by applicable laws. Generally, we use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Location: This feature is used to see users nearby and allow other users to find you, but you can choose not to provide location information.
- Phone Number: Used for registering your account.
This application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

- Customer Management: To manage registered user accounts, provide customer support and notifications about their accounts or subscriptions to registered users, and notifications about changes to Binmo services or any other products or services we offer through it.
- Communication: To communicate and interact with you directly, for example, we may send notifications about upcoming changes or improvements to Binmo services.
- Content Review: To review images, graphics, and content posted or generated on Binmo services to ensure we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction.
- Content Customization: To research and analyze your use of or interest in content, products, advertising, or services offered on Binmo services to develop and display content on our websites and applications that matches your interests.
- Performance Analysis: To determine whether users of Binmo services are unique or if the same user uses Binmo services multiple times and to monitor overall metrics such as total visitors, number of videos viewed, and demographic patterns.
- Functionality and Security: To identify users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnose or fix technical issues, and detect, prevent, and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement.
- Compliance: To enforce our terms of use and comply with our legal obligations.
- Aggregation: To aggregate information we collect about you for one or more of the purposes listed above.
Additionally, we use your email or other login or device information to associate your contact or subscriber information with your platform activity across all your devices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their information practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
You can refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Since each browser is different, please refer to the instructions provided by your browser. Note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of cookies. Furthermore, your opt-out choices are specific to the particular browser or device you use when you opt-out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete cookies, some functionality of the platform may no longer be available to you.

3. How We Share Your Information
- Please note that if your profile is public, anyone on the platform can see your content, and your friends, followers, as well as third parties such as search engines, content aggregators, and news sites may also have access to or share your content. You can change who can see your video or image each time you upload it.
- We may also share your information with other members of our group companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates to improve, optimize the platform, and prevent illegal use.
- With your consent (either explicit or implicit), we may share your personal information outside of Binmo Services.
- We may disclose your personal information to members of our corporate group (i.e., entities that control us, are controlled by us, or are under common control with us) as necessary for services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analytics, identity verification, functionality and security, and compliance.
- We may disclose your personal information to authorized service providers who provide certain services on our behalf. These services may include order fulfillment, credit card payment processing, customized content, analytics, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, support for our functionalities, and other functions provided through Binmo Services. These service providers may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions but may not share such information or use it for any other purposes. However, if you connect to third-party services through Binmo Services or otherwise link your Binmo account to third-party services, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or allow access to your information with that third party on your behalf. We may also send information about the content you watch or your activities on Binmo Services to that third party to enhance your experience on Binmo Services.
- If a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all assets occurs, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings, the personal information we hold about users will be part of the transferred assets, and we may disclose or share your personal information with the buyer or other successors. If such a sale or transfer occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your personal information uses that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your personal information may be processed by us (trusted third-party vendors) outside the country/region where you reside, including countries/regions where data protection and privacy laws or regulations may differ from those in your country/region. In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure when transferred to jurisdictions outside your country/region with a lower level of personal data protection. These measures include, if applicable, data transfer agreements based on standard data protection clauses.

We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for these third-party websites or mobile applications or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or mobile applications or content, nor to any information collected after you click on links to these third-party websites, mobile applications, or content.
6. Data Security
We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are allowed to access personal information, and they may only access personal information for permitted business functions. Additionally, we use encryption technology when transmitting certain personal information between your systems and ours, and use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. 7. Your Choices
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that when you choose to disable cookies, it will be specific to the particular browser or device you are using, so you may need to disable cookies separately for each type of browser or device. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that certain parts of the website may become inaccessible or may not function properly.
You can choose to prevent us from sending you push notifications by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.
If you do not want to share, you can turn off GPS location, microphone, camera, or other similar features on your mobile device. You can also hide your location, uploaded videos, recent activity time, and other information by adjusting the “Privacy” settings.
You may choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of Binmo Services, as you may need such information to register as a user, purchase paid services, participate in promotions, surveys, giveaways, or submit complaints.
You can change the mobile advertising identifier or limit ad tracking on your mobile device through the privacy settings on your mobile device. You can change your information by editing your profile in the application, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information, or deleting your information.
8. Your Rights

- We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information of individuals under 18 has been collected on or through the Binmo service, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

9. Retention of Your Information
We will retain your personal information and other information as long as you maintain your Binmo account.
You can request the deletion of your account at any time through “My” > “Settings” > “Account Management” > “Delete Account” in the application or by emailing wenxiang.zhen@binmotalk.com.
Upon receiving such requests and after appropriate review, we will delete data that is not required to be retained due to regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal obligations.
For example, we will retain location, device, and usage data for a reasonable period of time; while retaining such data, we may also use it for security, safeguarding, fraud prevention and detection, and research purposes.
In certain cases, we may not be able to delete your account, such as if there are outstanding balances in the account, or unresolved claims or disputes. Once we resolve the issues preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above.
For security, safeguarding, and anti-fraud purposes, we may also retain certain information. For example, if we deactivate a user account due to unsafe behavior or security incidents, we may retain certain information related to that account to prevent that user from opening a new Binmo account in the future.
10. Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may modify or revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. Although we will attempt to notify you of significant changes to this Privacy Policy, you should review the latest version of the Privacy Policy on Binmo Services regularly to be aware of any changes, as these changes will be binding on you.
If we make any changes to the Privacy Policy, the date of the change will be reflected in the “Last Updated Date” section. Continuing to access or use the service after these changes take effect signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

How Can I Disable USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT?
To remove the USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission on Android 14, follow these steps:
- Open Phone Settings: Locate and tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen to access the phone's settings page.
- Go to Application Management: On the "Settings" page, find and click the "Applications" or "Application Manager" option. This will list all the applications installed on your phone.
- Select an Application: Find the application from which you want to remove the "USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT" permission in the application list, and click on it to enter its application settings page.
- Manage Permissions: In the application settings page, find the "Permissions" option and click to enter. In the permission list, look for the permission related to fullscreen, which may be directly displayed as the "USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT" permission or an expression like "Display full-screen notifications".
- Disable Permission: Click the switch button next to the permission to disable it, which will remove the "USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT" permission for the application. After disabling, the application will no longer be able to use full-screen notifications.
Please note that disabling certain application permissions may affect the normal functionality of the application. Before doing so, ensure you understand the impact of disabling this permission on the application.
Third-Party SDKs
For data statistics and anti-fraud measures, as well as to protect your account and transaction security, Binmo may integrate third-party SDKs.
To provide users with better chat, live streaming, and social experiences, Binmo has also integrated Nexmo SDK, Agora SDK, and Tencent Cloud Real-Time Audio and Video SDK.
